Systems that work
Useful technology and processes that perform in real conditions.
In its early years the company delivered project management skills to organisations, and later skills development support to organisations that needed training programmes planned, run and reported on properly.
That work showed where the sector was losing time, money and learners: weak learner records, manual examinations, slow compliance processes and training that did not match what workplaces needed. TBS developed its education technology capability in response.
Today TBS combines technology, compliance know-how and programme delivery.
Our solutions are informed by the day-to-day needs of learners, providers, employers and funders. We build systems that actually work in the real world.
To give training providers, employers and institutions the systems and programmes that make skills development measurable, compliant and connected to work.
A South Africa where every learner leaves training with skills an employer can see, test and trust.
Useful technology and processes that perform in real conditions.
Competence and reliable data take priority over unsupported claims.
Mobile access, connectivity constraints and practical local delivery matter.
Requirements are designed into the workflow from the beginning.
Work with clients through discovery, delivery and continued improvement.
